SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within five (5) to eight (8) business days following confirmation of payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders within Canada and the United States typically arrive within five (5) to ten (10) business days, while international orders may take between seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days.

While we do our best to meet these timelines, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or periods of high demand. These factors are outside of our control, but we remain committed to supporting you throughout the process.

We kindly ask that you ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. BOOBILUX™ cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
