REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At BOOBILUX™, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and ensuring that every customer feels confident in their purchase. Because our products are designed for intimate wear, we uphold strict hygiene standards to protect the safety and well-being of all our customers.

For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used. We encourage you to carefully review our size guide and product details before making your purchase to ensure the best possible fit and experience.

If your item arrives in its original, sealed condition and you wish to request a return, you may do so within fourteen (14) days of delivery. The product must remain unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for consideration.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your package. Kindly include your order number along with clear photos of the issue so we can assess the situation promptly. Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or a full refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment and may take between five (5) to ten (10) business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for items that have been opened, used, or improperly handled, as well as for issues related to incorrect size selection.
